Our Approach

We want you to love the piece you've chosen. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Inspection Window

Please inspect your delivery promptly. Any concerns — damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item — should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can resolve it quickly.

Damaged in Transit

If a piece arrives damaged and is properly noted at delivery per the Shipping Policy, we will work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

For most in-stock pieces, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Because many of our pieces ship freight, return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee apply to change-of-mind returns on large or freight-shipped items, to cover return freight logistics. Smaller parcel-shipped items may qualify for free return shipping — reach out, and we'll confirm based on your specific piece.

Made-to-Order & Designer-in-Residence Pieces

Because our Designer-in-Residence collection features limited-edition, made-to-order pieces, these items are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns, though damage-in-transit claims are still fully covered as outlined above.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
