The Design Story
A compact end table formed from solid aged teak roots, where knots, hollows, grain, and irregular edges become the architecture.
Considered Details
Design Highlights
- 01 Solid Teak Root — The table is formed from aged natural teak roots rather than veneer or composite wood.
- 02 One-of-a-Kind Character — Knots, hollows, grain movement, and natural openings vary from piece to piece.
- 03 Compact Footprint — At roughly 12 inches square, the table slips easily beside sofas, lounge chairs, and beds.
- 04 Indoor Sculptural Function — Curated here as an interior end table, emphasizing the wood’s raw form rather than its supplier-designated outdoor capability.

Material Character
The Nature of the Piece
Teak root gives Corinne its structure and its decoration at the same time. Knots, voids, fissures, grain direction, and finish variation are inherent to the material, so the delivered table will not duplicate the photography exactly.
The store is merchandising Corinne as an indoor end table; the supplier’s outdoor-use information is retained only in the original product record.

Additional Information
No two homes come together in quite the same way—and neither do the pieces chosen for them. Our collection brings together furnishings and objects from a variety of makers and manufacturers, each with its own production schedules, shipping methods, and delivery options.
We consider those differences part of the process of sourcing pieces with character. Whether an item arrives by parcel within days, travels by freight, or is prepared especially for your order, our focus remains the same: selecting pieces worth bringing into your home and making the journey from their source to your space as thoughtful as possible.
A well-considered home isn't assembled all at once. It takes shape piece by piece, through objects chosen not simply to fill a space, but to make that space feel like home.
