Delivery & Returns

We only accept returns for damaged or faulty wallpapers/murals within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. As all wallpaper is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your wallpaper must be:

Uninstalled, uncut, and free of any damage.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note that if your return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credited amount. This covers inspection, handling, and repackaging.

This item is estimated to arrive in 1-2 weeks. This timeframe includes order processing, any applicable production or restocking time, and standard transit.

Complimentary standard shipping is included on all orders. Smaller items typically ship by parcel carrier, while larger furniture, oversized pieces, and heavy natural stone items may ship by freight.

For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly using the phone number provided with your order to arrange a delivery appointment. Standard freight service typically delivers your order to the curb, driveway, garage, or first dry area accessible to the carrier, depending on the carrier and delivery location. Standard freight delivery does not include placement inside your home, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging unless specifically stated.

Some products may offer upgraded delivery services, such as threshold, room-of-choice, or white-glove delivery. When an upgrade is available, the available service options and any additional charges will be shown at checkout.

Please make sure the phone number provided with your order is accurate and that someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment at the scheduled delivery time.

If your order arrives damaged, submit claims within 2 days of receipt. Include photos of the unopened packaging, photos of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damage.

Items shown as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 1 week of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.
