The Faustine Board | Live-Edge Walnut

At 37 inches, the Faustine Board reads less like a cutting surface and more like a cross-section of the tree itself, laid flat. Walnut's full tonal range moves through it — pale gold at the sapwood edge, deepening through amber to near-black heartwood — with the charred, untouched bark left standing as its border. Reversible by design, one face built for the knife and the other for presentation, it holds a bourbon flight or a cheese course with the same authority it holds a blade.
