Due to the specialized nature of this piece, all sales are final once the order has been confirmed and released for fulfillment. Returns or exchanges for preference, size, color, natural material variation, or change of mind cannot be accepted.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your order, please contact us immediately at help@elementdejoie.com and retain all original packaging. We'll work with you and our delivery partner to determine the appropriate resolution. Natural variations inherent to materials such as stone and wood—including differences in color, veining, grain, texture, fissures, knots, and pattern—are part of the individual character of the piece and are not considered defects.

This piece is handcrafted from solid alabaster. Given the care this process requires, please allow 6–9weeks for creation and delivery.

Lead times are estimates and may vary; we’ll confirm the expected ship date after you place your order and keep you updated as it moves toward delivery.

Complimentary standard shipping is included on all orders. Smaller items typically ship by parcel carrier, while larger furniture, oversized pieces, and heavy natural stone items may ship by freight.

For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly using the phone number provided with your order to arrange a delivery appointment. Standard freight service typically delivers your order to the curb, driveway, garage, or first dry area accessible to the carrier, depending on the carrier and delivery location. Standard freight delivery does not include placement inside your home, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging unless specifically stated.

Some products may offer upgraded delivery services, such as threshold, room-of-choice, or white-glove delivery. When an upgrade is available, the available service options and any additional charges will be shown at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, submit claims within 2 days of receipt. Include photos of the unopened packaging, photos of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damage.

Items shown as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 1 week of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.
