The Design Story

Deep navy concrete and rounded ridges turn a compact cylinder into a sculptural table that can also serve as an occasional stool.

The Victoire Accent Table gives a simple cylinder a stronger architectural rhythm through rounded ridges that travel around its surface. Finished in deep navy, the form moves well beyond the expected gray language of concrete; the saturated color emphasizes the shadows between each ridge and allows the piece to function as a concentrated color moment as much as an occasional table. Its compact shape remains disciplined, while the repeated relief keeps the silhouette from reading as flat or purely utilitarian.

Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, Victoire can serve as an accent table or an occasional perch. Its 15-inch footprint keeps it flexible beside seating or on a patio, while the 42-pound construction gives the small form a notably grounded presence. That combination of mobility in scale and solidity in material makes the piece especially versatile: it can move between functions without losing the sculptural quality that gives it visual authority.

Material Character

The Nature of the Piece

Fiber-reinforced natural concrete gives Victoire its dense, mineral character and the physical weight that makes the compact form feel substantial. The rounded ridges create a tactile exterior and allow light to break across the navy surface in narrow bands, revealing the relief more clearly than a smooth cylinder would. The deep color shifts the material away from its industrial associations while still preserving the grounded quality that makes concrete visually convincing.

The manufacturer notes that each piece may vary slightly in color, pattern, and texture, so minor differences are inherent to the material rather than signs of inconsistency. The surface is also described as stain- and water-resistant, supporting its use both indoors and outdoors. Those characteristics give Victoire an appealing duality: the durability and mass of concrete, paired with a finish and sculpted profile refined enough for an interior setting.

Additional Information

No two homes come together in quite the same way—and neither do the pieces chosen for them. Our collection brings together furnishings and objects from a variety of makers and manufacturers, each with its own production schedules, shipping methods, and delivery options.

We consider those differences part of the process of sourcing pieces with character. Whether an item arrives by parcel within days, travels by freight, or is prepared especially for your order, our focus remains the same: selecting pieces worth bringing into your home and making the journey from their source to your space as thoughtful as possible.

A well-considered home isn't assembled all at once. It takes shape piece by piece, through objects chosen not simply to fill a space, but to make that space feel like home.
