The Marine Glass Bowl stretches the traditional centerpiece into a low, elongated ellipse. Its shallow basin and substantial rolled rim place the visual weight at the perimeter, where layered blue glass shifts from pale translucence to denser smoky bands.

Mouth-blown construction leaves the concentric striations softly irregular, allowing light to move through the bowl rather than simply reflect from its surface. At 17 inches wide, Marine reads as a composed centerpiece while remaining low enough to preserve sightlines across a dining table or console.

Material Character

The Nature of the Piece

Marine’s blue coloration is suspended within the glass rather than applied as an opaque surface. Pale and smoky bands overlap around the rim and basin, creating depth that changes with the light and with the material placed behind it.

Each bowl is free formed by a skilled artisan. Minor variations in contour, dimensions, bubbles, and color distribution are expected characteristics of mouth-blown art glass.

For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly using the phone number provided with your order to arrange a delivery appointment. Standard freight service typically delivers your order to the curb, driveway, garage, or first dry area accessible to the carrier, depending on the carrier and delivery location. Standard freight delivery does not include placement inside your home, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging unless specifically stated.

Some products may offer upgraded delivery services, such as threshold, room-of-choice, or white-glove delivery. When an upgrade is available, the available service options and any additional charges will be shown at checkout.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, submit claims within 2 days of receipt. Include photos of the unopened packaging, photos of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damage.
Missing Items

Items shown as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 1 week of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.
