The Design Story

Branching white gardenias dispersed through glossy green foliage above a rounded clear-glass vessel.

The Sylvie Gardenia Arrangement uses branching structure rather than a compact floral dome. White gardenia blooms appear at varied heights and intervals through dense glossy foliage, creating an open silhouette with the irregular rhythm of a freshly cut branch arrangement.

A rounded clear-glass vessel and acrylic faux water expose the stems while giving the expansive 22-inch composition a stable visual base. Sylvie has enough scale for a dining table, entry console, or living-room surface, where its horizontal reach can hold space without becoming rigidly symmetrical.

Design Highlights

  1. 01 Branching Gardenia Form: White blooms are distributed through layered green foliage for an open, naturally irregular silhouette.
  2. 02 Rounded Glass Vessel: Clear glass provides visual weight while keeping the stem structure visible.
  3. 03 Acrylic Faux Water: Transparent fill secures the stems and supports the appearance of a freshly arranged botanical.
  4. 04 Generous Scale: The confirmed 22-by-22-by-22-inch dimensions give Sylvie substantial tabletop and console presence.

Material Character

The Nature of the Piece

Sylvie relies on contrast between matte white petals and glossy green leaves to articulate its branching silhouette. Buds, open blooms, and varied stem angles prevent the 22-inch composition from appearing uniformly rounded.

The clear glass vessel and acrylic faux water reveal the lower structure and reflect surrounding light. Treat the botanical components as fabric and avoid prolonged direct sunlight to help limit fading.

Additional Information

No two homes come together in quite the same way—and neither do the pieces chosen for them. Our collection brings together furnishings and objects from a variety of makers and manufacturers, each with its own production schedules, shipping methods, and delivery options.

We consider those differences part of the process of sourcing pieces with character. Whether an item arrives by parcel within days, travels by freight, or is prepared especially for your order, our focus remains the same: selecting pieces worth bringing into your home and making the journey from their source to your space as thoughtful as possible.

A well-considered home isn't assembled all at once. It takes shape piece by piece, through objects chosen not simply to fill a space, but to make that space feel like home.
