The Adèle Table Lamp forms a tall, narrow composition: a rhythmic metal stem of repeated turned forms rises from a round white marble base and ends beneath a clean linen shade. The warm gold-leaf-finish metalwork creates a deliberate contrast with the cool stone, while the simple cylindrical shade keeps the ornament centered in the silhouette.

At 34.3 inches high and only 12 inches wide, the lamp adds vertical punctuation without taking up much surface area. Its combination of marble, a warm metallic finish, and a pale textile works especially well beside upholstered seating or on a console, where the slender profile stays visually legible.

The Nature of the Piece

The white marble base introduces the subtle veining and tonal movement expected from natural stone, so individual pieces may vary in pattern and coloration. Against it, the cast aluminum and iron stem reads more precisely and repetitively, emphasizing the contrast between mineral irregularity and controlled metal form.

The linen shade adds a restrained woven surface above the reflective finish, softening the transition from metalwork to light source without competing with the sculpted stem.
