The Margot Counter Stool | Aubergine Velvet

The Margot Counter Stool is built on negative space as much as material — an open ring of aubergine velvet, a color we rarely reach for, wrapped around a cantilevered frame that seems to hover rather than sit. The backrest curves down into continuous armrests, which flow uninterrupted into legs that mirror the same rounded geometry, uniting the whole piece into one gestural line. A polished stainless steel footrest cuts a cool, linear contrast against all that soft curvature — structure meeting comfort at the base. Set at the counter, it reads as sculpture first, seating second.
