Maëlys moves across the wall in broad, gestural strokes — charcoal and taupe bands that swell and recede like wind caught mid-motion, printed onto a genuine sisal grasscloth ground whose own fibrous texture reads through every pass of color. The composition holds its scale without losing its hand-drawn character: each wave-form stays confident and architectural rather than soft or decorative, letting the material's natural luster catch light differently as you move through the room. At 12 feet wide and 9 feet tall, Maëlys doesn't sit on a wall so much as replace it — a single continuous gesture with the visible seams and fiber variation of true grasscloth built into its presence, not disguised from it.
